Good for Texas!
Texas should enjoy every minute of these good times. The nature of texas real estate AND business is extremely
polarized, with sharp and protracted highs and lows(the lows lasted through much of the 80's, BTW). As the song
says, "When you're hot, you're hot!". The gods, tax rates, demographics, and cost of living has created quite a sweet
spot, and explains what you read here. No, it won't last forever, but what does? My best advice is enjoy the party,
hoist the drinks high, and pretend it'll last forever! Them , when things slow down, as they inevitably will, you can
say that you made a bundle and had a great time while it lasted!
Again, enjoy, live in the moment, know it won't last forever, and when things get back to normal or slow down,
you can say you enjoyed every minute of it!
