		<description>Yes, this is exactly what I am seeing. Homes are expiring and being taken off the market right and left. Others stay and stay in the listings but  never drop their prices and never sell either. Others come on, aggressively priced and in great condition, and bam! they are pending in less than a month. (Including one on my block, whoo-hoo!)


I guess the Austin MLS is undergoing some formatting changes this week. (I don&#039;t like what I&#039;ve seen) But for a while you could look at listings but all the prices were listed as $0! It was a bit disconcerting searching without prices but oddly freeing too. I realized that there are many houses out there that I am not interested in regardless of price!</description>
