Day two and I'm still good. It did get me back into the gym, which felt great. Summer is so busy I fall off my routine. It's sort of like an "off season". But I refuse to grow old and rusty this soon. I can still beat both of my fastest teenage daughter in a footrace, though just barely, and mostly because she cracks up laughing watching me run fast.
