Please Note:

  • Refer to the repairs and maintenance sections of your lease agreement.
  • Submit one request for all/multiple items (not two or three in a row please - thanks!).
  • A repair deductible may apply to certain repairs as outlined in your lease agreement.
  • We strive to respond to and complete most ordinary repairs within 3 business days. Please do not call immediately after submitting a request and ask if we received it.
